At Dreemer's shop, we want you to shop with confidence. Every piece of artwork is carefully prepared and packaged before it leaves our studio. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

• Be in its original condition and free from damage.

• Be returned in its original packaging.

• Include proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation or receipt.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or incorrect:

• Custom or commissioned artwork.

• Personalized artwork.

• Digital downloads or digital artwork.

• Gift cards.

Color & Appearance

We make every effort to display our artwork as accurately as possible. However, colors may vary slightly depending on your screen settings, monitor, or mobile device. Minor variations in color are a normal part of online shopping and are not considered defects.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your artwork is damaged during delivery or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

• Your order number.

• A brief description of the issue.

• Clear photographs of the item and its packaging.

Once reviewed, we'll arrange an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, exchange, or refund.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return your order. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
